REPORTING BY EMPLOYEES OF COMPLAINTS, COMPLAINTS, IRREGULARITIES AND VIOLATIONS OF LAWS All
employees of the Company may submit complaints, grievances and any legal irregularities and noticed actions inconsistent with the company’s regulations, procedures, instructions, the Company’s Code of Ethics, the Labor Code or other applicable legislation. In the first place, irregularities should be reported to the immediate Employee’s Supervisor. If the Employee is unable or unwilling to discuss it with the Supervisor, then the breach should be reported to the Company’s internal auditor. It is possible to anonymously submit a complaint / complaint / report irregularities or violations of the law by posting a message in any form to the “Complaints and Grievance Inbox” located in the designated place, in each of the company’s locations. The formalized mechanism for reporting complaints, complaints, irregularities and violations of law has been developed not only for the needs of employees, but also contractors, local communities and other Stakeholders.
